Smart Marketing Coaching Club

Well, I'll be damned!

Stephen's got a new membership site for his Smart Marketing Coaching Club (SMCC) members and it's awesome!

You just got to love the graphics and the content! It's powerpacked with lots of stuff that you need to do well in Internet Marketing. Now I wish there was an affiliate program for this but there isn't one right now. (Watch this blog, it may just be available one day and you'll be the first to know about it here! :))

It contains the coaching modules (I simply love the graphics here) that has a step-by-step coaching right from the mindset to picking a profitable market to creating the product to building the business and relationships and most importantly traffic generation

My favourite is the Resource Page, I hope it's a growing one so that we can profit more from it!

As it is relatively new, there's not much 'News' under the 'News' category but that should change pretty soon once we have more activity. I plan to get myself featured in the SMCC newsletter pretty soon..:)

And not forgetting the forum where we can post almost anything under the sun (or rain as we have been experiencing quite a lot here recently). The great thing is that Stephen and Alicia will be reading them too! So active members, do post your questions there to get your answers!

Chillin' in Jakarta

Hey, here's me and my biz partner, Terence, chilling out in Jakarta with Stephen and Alicia..!

Stephen had a great session with us in Singapore the day after , where he was sharing us the 'Self-Esteem' was the key to any success. You can have the time, the money, the relationships etc but without self-esteem as the foundation, everything else collapse.

Thus it's important that we have a good self image of ourselves. Reminds me of what Brian Tracy taught us recently during his seminar in Singapore, constantly tell ourselve 'I like myself, I like myself .....'

Stephen Pierce on Mind Mapping

Do you have problems finishing reading a book? Or do you after reading a book, suddenly feel you haven't got a clue what you just read? Or you have challenges retaining what you have read?

Here's a great video by Stephen Pierce on using Mind Mapping in reading a book

In summary
1. Identify your purpose for reading the material
2. Browse the book to get keywords related to your purpose
3. Start with a circle - title of book, author's name, copyright date
4. Branch out with Chapter 1 - Write keywords on one branch each (extract only keywords related to your purpose)
5. To test retention, close the book, mind-map the whole material from memory

3. Register a hosting service
4. Set up an autoresponder
5. Create a blog
6. Complete a SmartOPTINPage

Day 2 - Masterminding!

Ok, pardon my nasal voice if you have bothered to listened to my Day1 recording, still having a slight flu. My wife said I was too longwinded, point taken I need to keep it shorter and straight to the point! haha!

I downloaded a software called 'Express Scribe'. It allows you to playback your audio, slow the speed if necessary so that you can then type what you said but it takes a bit of patience typing it. I reckon this is the reason why people like Stephen get someone else to do the scribing!

I guess for the time being, I'm just going to type directly first and if I need to do long articles, I'll do the recording.

Now, for those in Singapore. I plan to do a masterminding group for my group of friends who attended the Internet Wealth Code. It's on this Friday 31 March, 7pm at Success Resource office. Agenda is to talk about each other's goals and aspirations. Also, to highlight each others strengths to see how we can leverage on each other. Hopefully after the session, everyone can get started on something simple. By invitation only though! :)

Day 1 - Talk It! Do It!

The session really blew my mind on the number of possibilities and ideas I can work on! Sorry, for the the substandard first post, a bit unfinished work there but I just got too caught up absorbing as much as I can, I didn't had time to work on the post!

But here's something I did, applying what I learned from Sunday's session. A bit late in putting this but better late than never!

It's one of Stephen's cool idea about writing articles. He says, don't write it! Talk it! That is to record what you have to say and then transcribe it. Do you know that Stephen's book,

"Secrets to Creating Wealth"

was done exactly like that?! No wonder it feels like he's talking to you in the book!!

Ok I'm not really transcibing this yet, going to look for the software to do that for me but I'm giving you my 'report card' for day1 in audio instead!
